Instrumental Fibrolisis

Hooks is a tool that helps us decreasing the pain and movement restriction by breaking the adherences and irritable particles accumulated in the muscles and tendons. This technique’s not used in the UK but it’s commonly used in Europe, especially in Spain.

These tools are made of metal and as the name says, they have a hook-like shape at each end. These ends are prepared to hook at the muscle to help us mobilizing them. The small heads are also designed to get in small spaces like around the knee or the shoulders and help getting rid of adherences and calcifications.
